Product Description
The CPS-900H is a table-top continuous band sealing machine suitable for small and medium sized pre-made pouches and bag.
Features
Variable Speed Control - Up to 80 bags per minute!
It has a variable speed control allowing for up to 12 metres per minute speed (approx. 80 bags per minute for 100mm wide bags).
Digital Temperature Control
This model has a digital temperature controller to set and stabilise the sealing temperatures. It has a range suitable for most film types and thicknesses. It also has built in cooling for thinner materials that might melt or warp at high sealing temperatures.
Adjustable Position & Height
The CPS-900H pouch sealing machine works horizontally where as the CPS-900V is setup as a vertical system.
With the Horizontal system, pouches are placed flat on the conveyor rather than standing upright. This is ideal for non-standup and non-spil packaging as it allows for various pack sizes without needing to adjust the machine to suit.
Both the conveyor and seal head are adjustable giving total flexibility to seal various pouch types and sizes.
Printing
This model has a actuated embossing and ink printing system built in allowing for up to 36 charachters to be printed within the seal area. It has adjustable ink temperature and variable print location control allowing for the print location to be moved horizontally along the seal.
