Product Description
The CPS-1400 is a standalone continuous band sealing machine suitable for small and large pre-made pouches and bags weighing up to 5kg each.
FEATURES
Variable Speed Control - Up to 60 bags per minute!
It has a variable speed control allowing for up to 10 metres per minute speed (approx. 60 bags per minute for 100mm wide bags).
Digital Temperature Control
This model has a digital temperature controller to set and stabilise the sealing temperatures. It has a range suitable for most film types and thicknesses. It also has built in cooling for thinner materials that might melt or warp at high sealing temperatures.
Adjustable Height
Both the conveyor and seal head are adjustable giving total flexibility to seal between small (100mm high) up to large (700mm high) bags.
Printing
This model has a dry-ink coding system built in allowing for up to two lines of letters and numbers to be embossed and printed within the seal area. It has adjustable ink temperature and variable print location control allowing for the print location to be moved horizontally along the seal.
